For your Protection all shipments are insured for the retail value. The insurance fee is typically $1.50 per every $100 and is included in the shipping price. This will protect you against any possible loss or damages and will protect us as well against carrier negligence. In addition most shipments will require a signature this is also to protect you . You will be charged the delivery fee + insurance fee, that is the total shipping price, our shipping prices are not inflated remember the insurance fee will drive the overall shipping price up. 

All shipments originate from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Insured Shipping and signature on delivery

All shipments are automatically insured and will be included in the shipping price, rule of the thumb is $1.00 per $100 value that's what most carriers will charge, by doing so we protect you against loss or damage of your package and we protect ourselves as well. All orders above $250.00 will require a signature on delivery. 

Order Processing Time

    • We will ship in-stock items within 24 working hours of receipt of the order.
    • In some cases if your order requires special handling or complex shipping method please allow 24 to 48 working hours for your order to ship.
    • We do try to maintain adequate stock levels, but sometimes we run out of an item. We will notify you by email or phone call if they are expected to be out of stock for more than 7 days. Your backordered part will ship as soon as it becomes available (approximately 3 to 7 business days). No additional freight charges will be added due to the backorder.


Tracking
