UPDATE TO OUR RETURN POLICY APRIL 27 2015
If we have made an error with your shipment or the item is defective we have absolutely no problem to replace your part but you must return the part to us first we will provide you with a return label at zero cost to you, but once again you must return the part to us first, if you chose to receive a replacement before returning the part to us you will need to pay for the part and once we receive the return we will be happy to refund your money. Unfortunately these are situations we try to avoid by checking everything prior to shipment but due to certain circumstances that are out of our control sometimes mistakes or problems can occur with a shipment and we take full responsibility for our mistakes if any. So once again if you decide to wait for a replacement without sending the defective or wrong part you must pay for it first. We want you to have a good experience when dealing with AQUATRONICA STORE we strive to achieve one of the best customer service in the industry. Please take a moment to understand how our return policy works. Our policy lasts 7 days after you have received your product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns & Replacements
Returns Require a AQUATRONICA STORE return form and number to be processed. Please call or contact us for your AQUATRONICA STORE Return Form number before returning your item(s). All returned items must be in completely unopened, new and unused condition. We are unable to accept returns on an item that is used or the items packaging has been damaged, altered or opened.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. USED items (unless product is defective), modified parts are not accepted under any circumstances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Warranties are not transferable.
We will accept returns on any unused and unopened items 7 days from the delivery date. Customers wishing to make a return must contact us for a AQUATRONICA STORE Return number (see above) within 7 days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. AQUATRONICA STORE does not charge restocking fees, but original shipping cost and return shipping will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds or exchanges are given after goods arrive at our warehouse in their original unopened and unused condition. Under no circumstances are opened or used products accepted for return. Opened and used products will be refused and returned to the sender. We do not refund any goods that are opened and used.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Damaged Items In Transit
If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping the replacement. Please keep the damaged product and packaging, as the Shipping carrier may inspect the package to evaluate it for insurance purposes. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 1 day from arrival date or we cannot honor the return. Emailing us pictures of the damage is necessary and greatly appreciated. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival.
Shipping Cost Deduction for Orders Shipped with a Free Shipping Promotion. If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion the original shipping cost for that item will be deducted from your refund. When shipping your item back to us for a return you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
While our staff is very knowledgeable , the manufacturer is always the best contact. The manufacturer is also the best source for replacement or missing parts. We encourage you to get all the information you need directly with the manufacturer and we will work with them to get you what you need. Our website has all the manufactuer links and your are welcomed to contact them for any technical assistance or general information.
All Warranties are Offered by the Manufacturer
Please contact the manufacturer directly. If you require any assistance please feel free to contact us and we will help put you in contact with the manufacturer. AQUATRONICA STORE sells the product but we do not decide if a product is entitled to warranty or not. You need to contact the manufacturer first, open a ticket, troubleshoot and the manufacturer will decide how to proceed. We will not issue any product claim till the manufactuer approves of the warranty.
Nonfunctional Items and Warranties
If your product is defected or broken , we will direct you to the manufacturer of the product for warranty or service. Manufacturers prefer to troubleshoot their own technical issues and are better equipped to help solve problems. Contacting the manufacturer directly greatly speeds up the process.
